What areas do we cover?
The business is growing at a rapid rate. We currently cover the South West and London Zones 1-3 plus much of the Surrey area.
The South West includes Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Bristol and Gloucestershire.
Can you do pre-purchase surveys?
Absolutely. We can provide 'Damp and Timber Surveys' which are often requested in Homebuyers RICS survey reports. We do not carry out works but will give you an honest estimate of any work which may need to doing before purchase.
Is this virtual or in-person?
Both! We typically offer detailed in person, on-site, surveys but can also carry out visual inspection via Facetime/WhatsApp.
Do I get support if I'm stuck?
All of our mould testing kits, surveys, professional mould testing include free after care and support. We are always happy to help.
Is there a money back guarantee?
We cannot refund any mould tests once they have been used. The results are incredibly accurate and will only report on what is found. We cannot refund you if the result is not the one you were hoping for.
